Death's day
Oil on masonite / 15.7" x 15.7"

"In Mexico the dead's day is a national celebration. We remember our deceased family and friends with the traditional "zempasuchitl" flower, eating sugar skulls and also have fun with the death in the mexican lottery game.
The candle wasted away symbolize the end of life, and I've tryed to represent the travel of soul "farther away" breaking the photo's frame (the known) with the smoke thet floats to the unknown."
